After clicking "Go" you may receive an error about an invalid security certificate. This is normal and nothing to be concerned about. With Firefox, you will need to choose to add an exception by clicking on the blue text at the bottom of the alert. In Internet Explorer you must choose "Continue to this website".

Why do I sometimes not have permission to delete files on my own account?

We are asked this question quite regularly and although we have a knowledgebase article outlining how to fix the problem within Plesk, I felt it would be beneficial for many of you to know why it occurs.
