support-plus-glossySupport+ is our enhanced technical support service for your hosting and website needs. Support+ is included in our Support Plus hosting plan and all our shoutcast hosting packages. It is also available for one time purchase for those with our basic hosting plans. Choosing our Support Plus hosting plan offers you both convenience and peace of mind over your hosting and website.

Convenience

If you have updates or changes that need to be done to your website but can not get a hold of the right people, you can use our Support+ credits to do the updates. Maybe you are a little confused as to the best way to setup your spam filter in the control panel and would like some help – we can take care of that too. Our Support+ service is designed to make your life easier.

Peace of Mind

Services covered by Support+ include installation and ongoing maintenance and security updates for any third-party applications, website transfers if you’re coming from another web hosting provider (first website transfer is free on all hosting plans), and minor site updates. If something were to happen to your website outside of our normal support purview, we would take care of any work that needed to be done. This includes situations such as mistakenly deleted files, applications installed incorrectly, and compromised third-party scripts. You can have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your website is safe.
