is our enhanced ongoing technical support service for your hosting and website needs. It comes in two forms; as a one time purchase for those that only rarely require enhanced support features, as well as a subscription that provides Support
credits on a monthly basis. No matter which method you choose, Support
offers you both convenience and peace of mind over your hosting and website.
Convenience
If you have updates or changes that need to be done to your website but can not get a hold of the right people, you can use our Support
credits to do the updates. Maybe you are a little confused as to the best way to setup your spam filter in the control panel and would like some help – we can take care of that too. Our Support
service is designed to make your life easier.
Peace of Mind
Services covered by Support
include installation and ongoing maintenance and security updates for any third-party applications, website transfers if you’re coming from another web hosting provider, and minor site updates for those not using a content management system. If something were to happen to your website that was not caused by changes to our server that required immediate action, we would take care of any work that needed to be done. This includes situations such as mistakenly deleted files, applications installed incorrectly, and compromised third-party scripts. You can have the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your website is safe.

Subscription credits are reset to 0 at the end of each 12 month cycle starting from the order date
*Average time to respond for initial ticket submission. Guaranteed for initial ticket submission if during the hours of 9AM EST – 9PM EST. Otherwise response time is guaranteed at 9 hours.
**With our basic support clients can leave a telephone message with their email address and a description of the problem. We will create a ticket and respond within 24 hours by email.
